Safari tent - 6 persons

Ich habe wenig vergleich mit Campingplätzen, aber die kleinen Hütten sind in Ordnung im eine Nacht darin zu schlafen. Wir haben Tolne als Ausgangspunkt genutzt um Auto und Hänger stehen zu lassen und mit den Motorrädern weiter zu fahren.

Great campground! What more can I say that hasn't already been said by previous reviewers? Come experience it for yourself. We'll definitely be back.

With our own tent—a glamping experience!

I think everything’s already been said in other recent reviews, but I’ll add one more to confirm it. :)

We spent just under a week at this beautiful campground in a tent after crossing over from Sweden to Frederikshavn. It’s wonderfully green and full of birds. You can choose from cozy grassy … spots, patches of woods, and even a spot next to a little pond at the bottom of one of the little valleys.

During our week there, the campground was very quiet. The restroom facilities are spotless. I’d go so far as to say I’ve never seen such a clean campground, either in the Netherlands or abroad.
There are also outdoor kitchens, washing machines, a dryer, and drying racks. The reception desk is open for long hours. You can order sandwiches there, pick up pizza, buy ice cream and chilled drinks, and on weekends there’s a food truck offering all sorts of things.

We took a few day trips by car from this campground: 30–45 minutes to Skagen and the tip; 45 minutes to Aalborg; and even up to a 1.5-hour drive to Bulbjerg. The surrounding area is great for hiking and biking. Supermarkets are located in the villages 5 to 10 minutes away by car.
You won’t be bothered by the Route 60. There’s very little traffic passing by. And you can sometimes faintly hear the train tracks running alongside the village when the wind is blowing in the right direction. But none of that was bothersome at all. Great campground. Very clean restrooms. Nice, spacious shower areas. We had a delicious pizza, made fresh on the spot.

Wi-Fi was limited.

A really, really nice campground, with very friendly service and great sites to choose from. We just had to extend our stay! We really enjoyed the breakfast and the natural surroundings in the Tolned area. :)

A campground surrounded by nature, offering absolute tranquility. You can choose wherever you’d like to set up camp. Showers require payment using a code provided by the front desk; payment is made at the end of your stay, during checkout. The facilities are in excellent condition and spotlessly clean, and the showers are very comfortable and hot.
